Greek yogurt blueberry hemp bites are your summer’s essential energy boosting snack. Quick to make and fun to eat, they’re  loaded with probiotics, antioxidants, fibre, and  omega 3 & 6 fats.

Snacking is always essential, but summer’s longer days and relaxed schedules give them added importance. These Greek Yogurt Blueberry Hemp Bites are just what the weather ordered! They’re refreshing, satiating and light. And that gorgeous blueberry colour- don’t they just look summery?

The yogurt and fruit combination fit all the criteria for building the perfect snack. And this is an easy and hands-on recipe to get the kids involved (sticky fingers included).

Using frozen blueberries means you can enjoy this all summer-long (and beyond) even when it’s not bloobs season, but if you have too many fresh (never a problem in my house!) you can definitely use them.
