Ingredients
  • 2-3 large carrots
  • 1 796 ml 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 796 ml 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 2 bags sliced cabbage/coleslaw
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • water
Instructions
  1. Peel and largely dice carrots, place in pot
  2. Cover carrots with water, add salt, pepper and paprika- be generous!
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Add in both cans of tomatoes and cabbage
  5. Fill each can with water and add to pot
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Lower heat to medium and simmer for 1 hour
