  • 1/2 cup dry lentils
  • 1/2 cup dry wheat berries
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas
  • carrots sliced into rounds
  • 1-2 celery stalks sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 8 cups water
  1. Add all ingredients to a large pot. 

  2. Bring soup to a boil. Lower the hear and simmer for at least 1/2 an hour before serving.

Recipe Notes

Longer simmering will result in everything being softer
