  • 1 can chickpeas 540 ml
  • 1 tbsp Trader Joe's chile lime spice mix
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. Open can and drain off all liquid

  3. Mix spice well to ensure all chickpeas are coated

  4. Pour onto baking tray and bake for 50 minutes, tossing halfway to roast all sides

Recipe Notes

Make sure chickpeas are completely cooled before storing in glass or a paper bag to prevent them from getting soggy
