Chickpea flour gives a savory flavour to these gluten free & vegan crackers. So easy to make and delicious to eat.
Combine flour and oil.
Slowly add in water until a dough is formed. Adjust as needed
Roll dough on parchment paper until it's about 1/4 inch thick
Sprinkle spice to taste and press gently into dough
Score dough in squares (cut but don't separate)
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
You can season with salt, pepper, garlic, and sesame seeds if you don't have the spice mixture.
