Easy Baked Salmon Patties

An easy and delicious recipe to eat more fish!

  • 1 can (418 g) canned salmon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened original
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F 

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside

  2. Drain all liquid from the canned salmon

  3. In a mixing bowl, use a fork to crush salmon very well, making sure all bones and skin are fully incorporated into a mixture. (You can use an immersion blender if you want this perfectly smooth)

  4. Add in all the ingredients and mix well

  5. Using a spoon, form patties on baking sheet. Should be able to make 8 large or 12 medium round patties

  6. Bake for 30 minutes

Recipe Notes

Liquid will pool around patties when baking. This is from the eggs, and can be eaten (or removed)
