A fun, tasty, and filling cookie. Perfect for breakfast or snack!

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cups nut & seed mixture
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt

  3. In a separate bowl, beat together egg,oil, soy milk and sugar. Add in flour mixture and combine.

  4. Stir in oats. May need to use wet hands if mixture is too dry. 

  5. Fold in nuts & seeds

  6. Using your hands, form small-medium balls. Place on baking tray. 

  7. Bake for 10 minutes

  8. When done, remove from oven and flatten cookies while still warm. Allow to cool

If using NaturSource Voyageur Ultra mixture, cut fruit and nuts into smaller pieces.
