An impressive and flavourful veggie side that takes minutes to make!
Slice cabbage in thin long slices or halves. Place on baking sheet
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine soy sauce and sugar. Using a garlic press, chop garlic clove and add to mixture. Stir well. Pour over cabbage slices
Sprinkle nuts & seeds over cabbage slices
Bake for 10 minutes
While baking, combine tahini with water until it's easy to pour
Remove cabbage from oven.
To serve, sprinkle on more nuts & seeds if desired. Drizzle tahini sauce over cabbage
You can substitute mixed nuts and seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, favorite nuts, raisins/cranberries) if not using Salad Topper
