Teriyaki Cabbage & Tahini Sauce

  • 1/2 purple cabbage
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • NaturSource Salad Topper
  • tahini
  1. Slice cabbage in thin long slices or halves. Place on baking sheet

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F

  3. Combine soy sauce and sugar. Using a garlic press, chop garlic clove and add to mixture. Stir well. Pour over cabbage slices

  4. Sprinkle nuts & seeds over cabbage slices

  5. Bake for 10 minutes

  6. While baking, combine tahini with water until it's easy to pour

  7. Remove cabbage from oven. 

  8. To serve, sprinkle on more nuts & seeds if desired. Drizzle tahini sauce over cabbage

Recipe Notes

You can substitute mixed nuts and seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, favorite nuts, raisins/cranberries) if not using Salad Topper
