Maple blueberry is a mouth-watering combination, and you’ll want to get your hands on some maple water for this refreshing iced tea!

Child and adult friendly, it’s slightly sweet from maple water with a tang of blueberry, making it the perfect combination for a refreshing and hydrating drink. And if you wanted to add a little somethin’ to it, go right ahead and enjoy!

Maple water is maple sap (that’s the part that’s boiled into maple syrup), and the same health benefits- polyphenols that are associated with chronic disease prevention and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol; excellent source of copper that transports iron around the body and prevents oxidative damage; manganese that helps with bone formation, protects from damage as an antioxidant and assists with metabolism; plus small amounts of other minerals.

I really like the small Tetra Paks because they’re so easily transportable, and just the right thirst-quenching size. And though they don’t need to be refrigerated, I think it tastes a lot better chilled.
