Baked Chicken Patties

These baked chicken patties make quick meal prep and are a great alternative to red meat. And they're gluten free and FODMAP friendly!

Servings: 30 small-medium patties
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 6 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350o F

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Combine all ingredients
  4. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto prepared tray and form patties

  5. Bake for 40 minutes, remove from oven to cool.
Recipe Notes

Can be frozen for 2-3 months. Remove from freezer and reheat in microwave or oven.
