
The make-ahead muffin your breakfast needs!
Preheat oven to 325 F
Stir together all the dry ingredients
Add in eggs and milk. Stir until combined
Pour into small muffin tins
Drop a dollop of peanut butter (if using) onto each muffin, and swirl in with a knife or toothpick. Add in any other desired fillings
Bake for 20 minutes
Allow to cool before removing from tins
Freeze in individual bags and defrost as needed
