
An easy and delicious recipe to eat more fish!
Preheat oven to 350 F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
Drain all liquid from the canned salmon
In a mixing bowl, use a fork to crush salmon very well, making sure all bones and skin are fully incorporated into a mixture. (You can use an immersion blender if you want this perfectly smooth)
Add in all the ingredients and mix well
Using a spoon, form patties on baking sheet. Should be able to make 8 large or 12 medium round patties
Bake for 30 minutes
Liquid will pool around patties when baking. This is from the eggs, and can be eaten (or removed)
